Acceptable Use Policy

Don't do these

The following are prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Sexual content involving minors, real or fictional. Zero tolerance.
• Sexual or sexualized content of real, identifiable people (celebrities, influencers, acquaintances, ex-partners) without their consent.
• Threats of violence, harassment, doxing, or stalking — toward anyone.
• Solicitation, planning, or instructions for illegal activity (drugs, weapons, self-harm-as-method, fraud, etc.).
• Attempts to extract harmful information from characters by jailbreaking, prompt injection, or roleplay-as-bypass.
• Scraping, mass-downloading, or redistributing character images, audio, or generated content outside the platform.
• Reverse-engineering the service or attempting to access systems, accounts, or data you aren't authorized to access.
• Circumventing rate limits, payment systems, or content gates.
• Operating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate token economics.

Crisis topics

If a conversation surfaces self-harm, suicidal ideation, or another acute crisis, the platform will pause character roleplay and surface real-world resources. This is required by California SB 243 and applied nationwide. Bypassing or attempting to disable crisis protocols is grounds for termination.

Reporting violations

If you believe another user is violating this policy, contact /support with details. Reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, refund forfeiture, or referral to law enforcement depending on severity. We retain logs of moderation actions for audit and appeal purposes.
