Refund Policy
Default policy
Subscriptions, token packs, and other purchases on roxii.ai are non-refundable, except as described below or where a refund is required by applicable law. AI inference costs are incurred as soon as a request is made, and token packs grant immediate access to paid features — for that reason, all sales are final on completion of purchase.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund right you have under US federal or state consumer-protection law. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles billing, tax collection, and chargebacks on our behalf.
Billing errors and fraud
Charges that result from a billing error, a duplicate charge, or unauthorized access to your account are refunded in full upon verification. Contact support immediately if you suspect fraud or a billing error.
How to request a refund
Email support@roxii.ai from the address associated with your account, include your account email and the charge or order ID, and we'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from /account/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period's charge — that requires a separate request under the rules above.
